چکیده

A new design of current mode instrumentation amplifier (CMIA) with tunable gain and low voltage operation capability is proposed in this paper, which suitable for biomedical signals processing, especially electrocardiogram (ECG). It consists a differencing transconductance (CDTA) dual z copy CDTA (DZC-CDTA). The the CMIA controlled by MOS-based resistor. main advantage its high that can be tuned over significant range help two resistances. performance evaluated through simulation results on Cadence Virtuoso using SCL 180 nm CMOS technology. From gain, common rejection ratio (CMRR), power supply (PSRR), %THD -3 dB bandwidth are obtained as 55.09?81.12 dB, 90.42-116.5 97.3 (+PSRR), 114.2 (- PSRR), 1.5% 9.5-165 kHz, respectively. also examined against PVT variations. compared other existing designs available literature, clearly shows competency design. post layout confirm on-chip implementation feasibility.

Voltage- and current-controlled high CMRR instrumentation amplifier using CMOS current conveyors

A new approach to the design of an instrumentation amplifier using only 2 CMOS current-controlled conveyors and an active resistor is introduced. The new approach, which has no passive components, offers a wide bandwidth and a high common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR). Electronically controllable gain by voltage and current is also obtained by this new circuit. The circuit is simulated using the ...
